Hi Richard,
the square Tatra (3rd picture) is not ex Halle but was new to Sofia in 1991/1992. It is of type T6A2.
The steam loco (1st picture) would appear to be one of the "Heeresfeldbahnen" locos which were built for the German army in WW1.
